Oftentimes when it comes to off roading, it’s hard to have your cake and eat it to. Striking a balance between all terrain performance, ride quality, and style on the road isn’t exactly easy but this 2015 Jeep Wrangler double cab conversion by J & T Truck Accessories seems to have gotten it right. Not only is the Jeep built for off roading, but it can also handle its own in terms of style thanks to the upgraded chassis, new bodywork, and its Fuel rims and tire package.
The White 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was given a custom double cab conversion that instantly gives it a more conspicuous, all terrain look. To start things off the team began their work on the body. Here, new front and rear bumpers were installed that are more capable of handling their own on the trails without taking away from the muscular factory design. A new winch is also positioned up front to help in case somebody gets stuck trying to do too much. At the rear sets a new mount that can accommodate the new Fuel rims and tire package that was installed in case of a puncture.
The factory chassis definitely needed a boost in order to make Jeep Wrangler Rubicon into a true off roader. Here, the team installed a new Fuel rims and tire package that instantly adds credibility and style to the American SUV. The one piece Fuel Lethal wheels measure 20-inches in diameter and wear a set of 35/12.5 R20 tires that offer generous amounts of grip on the trails without taking away too much in terms of ride quality on asphalt. The final aspect of the transformation was a new suspension that raises the entire ride height by 4.0 inches to give more clearance and the Fuel rims and tire package greater amounts of travel.
The 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon may not be the most hardcore off roading machine out there but it can handle its own on both the dirt and the asphalt in style.
