If you’re looking for a high-performance luxury grand touring car, look no further than the BMW M6. It’s potent, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine is paired up with all of the M-division’s goodies from hardcore wheel and tire packages to optimized suspension setups and aerodynamics. It’s the perfect driving machine for those that want to take a long drive but need performance on tap. This Frozen Black BMW M6 got a whole heck of a lot better thanks to some new BBS Wheels, adjustable suspension, carbon fiber aero, and an exhaust that’ll make its presence known rather quickly.
This Frozen Black BMW M6 has undergone quite the special build from a range of wheel and tire packages to carbon fiber aerodynamics. The dark and sinister look is emphasized even more by the addition of an Arkym AeroSport carbon fiber front lip spoiler to generate more downforce on the front BBS Wheels while iND painted front reflectors, side marker gills, and trunk badge add to the dark look. A new Arkym AeroSport carbon fiber side skirt set improves aerodynamics while a carbon fiber diffuser and trunklid spoiler combo helps keep the stock or aftermarket wheel and tire packages planted firmly to the asphalt.
The mighty twin-turbocharged V-8 engine also gets into the game. The factory exhaust system was removed and replaced with a new Akrapovic Titanium Evolution exhaust system to optimize backpressure. The titanium system also cuts a total of 23.15 lbs. from the factory system, lending to better overall performance while freeing up a few ponies to spin those rear BBS Wheels.
The next step was to install a new set of BBS Wheels. Here, the BBS FI wheels were chosen for their lightweight, one-piece forged aluminum construction developed by the brand’s motorsport department. Unlike other wheel and tire packages, the newly installed BBS FI wheels allow for the aftermarket carbon ceramic brakes to proudly showcase their stopping capabilities from afar. A new Macht Schnell competition stud conversion kit and 20 mm rear spacers were installed to create the perfect stance.
The final touch to complete the BBS Wheels fitment was a new set of KW Variant 3 adjustable coilovers. The coilovers are independently adjustable in terms of rebound and compression damping along with height adjustment.
