It’s August 25th, 1990. Everyone is out in Cleves, Ohio wearing short neon shorts and trucker hats amassed around a hill of sand and dirt waiting for Bigfoot to use those monster truck wheels to climb a mountain.
Driver Jim Kramer gets behind the wheel and hits the throttle as the crowd roars. The Blue, Yellow, and Red striped Bigfoot #9 is ready to haul up the hill and give the crowd at Gravelrama exactly what they want. The meaty tires and massive truck wheels line up at the bottom of the hill as excitement builds.
The first run comes up just short. The monster V-8 tries to give the truck wheels and tires enough power but it just fails and Kramer rolls down the hill backwards. Determined, Bigfoot lines up again with even more urgency.
The second run goes off perfectly. Kramer and Bigfoot are able to conquer the massive hill with the powerful V-8 and those truck wheels and tires churning through the sand, dirt, and gravel. At the top, Kramer decides to roll back down and give it another go after a quick show for the crowd.
The third attempt is just as impressive with Bigfoot reaching the top with ease and the crowd roaring at the feat.
The ‘90s were an awesome time.
