The Force Awakens and has conquered Los Angeles.
In case you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months, the newest ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ has been the biggest blockbuster to hit theaters in decades, shattering records. The movies are still selling out weeks later and the momentum doesn’t seem to be dying anytime soon. To promote and celebrate the new film, Dodge and Lucasfilm partnered with some special one-of-a-kind vehicles with special rims and tires, and livery to celebrate the Dark Side.
In the middle of December in Los Angeles, First Order-themed Dodge Charger SRT Hellcats and Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcats took to the streets with custom Stormtrooper designs and rims and tires. There was even a Kylo Ren designed Dodge Viper ACR with black rims and tires that led the fleet through the streets.
All of this occurred the weekend prior to ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ opened in theatres to give fans the opportunity to see and take pictures alongside the movie-themed vehicles. The muscle cars and their black rims and tires celebrated the partnership between Fiat-Chrysler Automotive and Lucasfilm.
The new ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ is currently in theatres and will be for quite a long time seeing as the film’s popularity has exceeded expectations. Just make sure that there’s a 707-horsepower Dodge Challenger/Charger SRT Hellcat waiting outside to take you home afterwards.
