In a world dominated by BMW 3-Series, Audi A4s, and Mercedes-Benz C-Classes, the Lexus IS flies under the radar with its striking design and underrated luxury. Clean curves and emotional lines make up the exterior while modern, technological comfort resides inside. This Lexus IS 250 with Niche Wheels is able to bring the style with class.
Like a confident and suave gentleman, this 2015 Lexus IS 250 draws attention. Its 2.5-liter V-6 engine produces 212 horsepower at 6,400 RPM and 192 lb-ft. of torque at 3,800 RPM, sending all that through the six-speed automatic gearbox to the rear Niche Wheels. That’s a good amount of power for a compact luxury sedan, and more than enough to put a smile on your face.
The real star of the show, however, is the IS 250’s styling. While much of the car, save for the dark-tinted windows is stock, the chassis and new Niche Wheels are not. The factory rim and tire setup was removed and replaced with a new set of Niche Surge M112 wheels with a Silver and Machined finish. Up front, the new rims measure 20 x 8.5 with a standard face while the rear of the turbine-style rims comes in with a wider 20 x 10.5 fitment with a deep concave depth.
The Lexus IS 250 is not short on grip either. New Nankang Noble Sport tires measuring 235/35/20 up front and 255/30/20 at the rear are worn by the Niche Wheels. Also boosting the handling for the sedan is a new set of RSR coilovers that reduce the right height and offer better dynamics.
The new Niche Surge M112 rims and lowered suspension only add to the smooth and classy look of the 2015 Lexus IS 250.
