Conquering the Texas Flood.
The recent storms in Texas have caused some serious flooding and resulted in numerous deaths, injuries, and damage throughout the region. The high waters make driving almost impossible, even with trucks and SUVs equipped with off road rims and tires.
But, the high water line was no match for the EVS Motors Search & Destroy Hummer H1 in Houston. The monster SUV comes packed with a 6.6-liter Duramax Diesel V8 engine fed by two Garrett turbochargers to create 500 horsepower and 750 lb-ft. of torque to all four off road rims and tires. A full-on 4×4 system and ZEXEL Torsen III differentials with a Venture Gear 242 Transfer case means that it can overcome virtually any obstacle.
Special forged off road rims and tires with a central inflation system mean that grip is never lost. There’s an optional thermal imaging camera, a full array of exterior LED lights, PA system, roof racks, 12,000-lb winch bumpers, and more.
This EVS Motors Search & Destroy Hummer H1 had no problem taking it’s off road rims and tires through the water in Houston, TX as it surveyed the damage and looked for people to help.
