It’s hard to believe where Hyundai is as a car company today. Twenty years ago, the thought of a Hyundai being a mainstream, respected vehicle that gives cars like the Camry stiff competition was ludicrous. Today, it’s the norm. This Hyundai Sonata with Niche Wheels, however, isn’t the norm.
This Hyundai Sonata was an impressive car when it was first introduced and it’s still pretty respectable. It offered a wide range of standard and optional features, a comfortable ride quality, and plenty of reliability to back it up. This one even sports the 2.0-liter Theta-II engine that sends 274 horsepower and 269 lb-ft. of torque to the front Niche Wheels.
This Hyundai Sonata has also been heavily modified starting with new lighting at the front and rear using LED lights. A new body kit at the front, rear, and sides visually lowers the sedan and gives it a more aggressive stance. Even the suspension was dropped to the maximum with the new Niche Wheels being tucked beneath the fenders. Tinted windows, a badge-less grille, and special blue striping makes this Sonata stand out even more.
The star of the show, however, is the new set of Niche Wheels. Here, the owner opted for the Niche Scope rims with a vibrant High Luster Pica Blue finish that instantly grabs attention. The 19-inch Niche Scope rims may not be the biggest, but they fit the look of this Hyundai Sonata perfectly and sit just beneath the body work.
It would’ve been hard to image Hyundai ever becoming successful years ago, let alone looking like this.
