Adding a touch of sport to the convertible.
The Buick Cascada has been flying under the radar as a respectable American convertible since it was first launched on the market. It has all the bells and whistles you could ask for and packs a five-star safety rating without breaking the bank. For 2017, it’s also getting a bit sportier with a new styling package, car rims, and interior.
The new Buick Cascada Sport Touring package gives a touch of testosterone and athleticism to the two-door convertible. A vibrant Sport Red color, new car rims, and more all provide an aesthetic treat.
“We’ve heard it from customers all year: ‘What a beautiful car. Can I get it in red?’ Well yes, now you can,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of Global Buick Sales, Service and Marketing. “This new addition to the Cascada portfolio offers a modern style statement with blacked-out exterior trim and red interior stitching.”
Visually, the Buick Cascada Sport Touring features a bright Sport Red paint that’s contrasted by a new Dark Effects package. The package includes new gloss black mirror caps, grille finish, and 20-inch car rims. The trim piece along the decklid is also now in the body color for a cleaner look.
Inside, the new Cascada Sport Touring features red stitching on the instrument panel, doors, and seats to add a more athletic character.
The new Sport Red exterior color and the Dark Effects package that includes new car rims, interior stitching, and body work is available on a limited basis of 150 vehicles initially starting February 1st, 2017.
