When it comes to off-roading, you can’t go wrong with a Jeep Wrangler, especially a built Jeep Wrangler. Right from the factory floor, the American SUV is designed to tackle off-road obstacles and blast through and kind of terrain. It has been the perfect platform for dedicated off-road enthusiasts that are looking to take their vehicles to the next level like this Jeep Wrangler wearing a set of new Fuel Wheels, a lifted suspension, and a host of other custom upgrades.

While much of the Jeep Wrangler is based on tried-and-true off-road gear that make it one of the most capable SUVs on the market, the new technology under the hood also helps boost its performance in more ways than one. The old engines are gone the way of the junkyard and now there’s a standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine that sends 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft. of torque to each of the four Fuel Wheels. The new, more potent engine is also more fuel efficient than ever before and helps to save a few bucks at the pump, which can come in handy when there aren’t any around.

This 2013 Jeep Wrangler has all those goodies plus more thanks to some new upgrades. The standard chassis has been beefed up with an eight-inch lift and all the corresponding accessories to ensure maximum ground clearance and suspension travel for better control and to overcome obstacles that may eat up other SUVs and their stock ride height. The factory wheels were also removed and replaced with a set of new Fuel Full Blown wheels. The two-piece Fuel Wheels measure 22 x 14.0 at the front and rear axles and wear big 40 x 15.5 R22 off-road tires that grab at any kind of dirt, gravel, snow, or terrain that lies in their path. The wheels also feature a special custom finish wheel the Fuel Wheels name finished into the lip of each outer barrel for a unique touch.

A great deal of other upgrades and modifications have been made inside and out to ensure that this Wrangler would be a superb performer on any kind of terrain. Everything from the doors, front bumper bar, tow hook, fenders, hood, roof, rear bumper, and more has been upgraded with performance and capability in mind.

This 2013 Jeep Wrangler shows just why the Jeep platform has been so popular with off-road enthusiasts for decades.
