Dually time!
The biggest and baddest of all the trucks are the duallies. Their wide rear is built for work and it’s packed with muscle. These are the tough guys of the truck club, which says quite a bit about their character. This 2012 Ford F-350 isn’t just lifted and wider, it also features a set of new Fuel Wheels that are designed specifically for the dually setup.
This big and bad Ford F-350 has all the power to drive the rear Fuel Wheels with ease and is built to handle anything on or off road. It’s already large and powerful size was taken to the next level to make quite the statement on the road and command attention.
The first part of the transformation was the body. The front and rear fenders were extended outwards over the new Fuel Wheels to show off its power and brute force. The Bushwacker fender flares were each color matched to create a seamless, clean factory look.
Next up was the suspension and chassis. Here, a new Icon Vehicle Dynamics 7.0-inch Stage 3 lift kit was installed to give the Fuel Wheels greater vertical clearance and give the truck a more dominant stance. The lift kit also necessitated that a set of Amp Research side steps be installed for easier entry and exit for the massive truck.
Arguably the most eye-catching part of the 2012 Ford F-350 is its new set of Fuel D538 Maverick wheels. This new wheelset was designed for dually trucks and is available in offsets made for lifted trucks running wider tires. On this application, the Maverick wheels were installed in a massive 22 x 8.25 setup with 37/13.5 R22 Gripper M/T tires for better grip off road.
