Learning the Art of the Celebration.
Racing, in almost any form, is very difficult. Drivers must push their minds, bodies, and abilities to the limit along with their vehicles in an effort to take home first. This is true in almost any form of racing, especially with NASCAR, and Joey Logano knows a thing or two about winning and celebrating by melting up some tires and wheels.
Logano has been racing for years, racking up 18 wins, 144 Top-Ten finishes, and 18 poles throughout his 10-year, 302-race Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series career. In the NASCAR Xfinity Series, he has 28 wins while the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series gave him one win. And to think, he’s only 26! That kind of career is impressive and ends up in a lot of end of race burnouts for quite a few tires and wheels.
Logano paired up with Donut Media to show everyone the various celebrations that drivers like to do on different tracks after a win. Of course, most of them involve some series smoke coming from the tires and wheels, but all of them are fun to watch.
There’s the classic Burnout, Bulldozer, Patrior, Polish Victory Lap, Jailbreak, Backflip, Creeper, Lawnmower, Rodeo, and Basic Donut.
But the coolest display of tire and wheel smoke is the Logano Loop, which sees Joey spinning and sliding over a distance in dramatic fashion.
