This is parenting done right.
We often hear about how kids can’t do anything these days. The skills adults had while growing up and the things they did were far better than those of this generation. Yada yada yada… Well, although technology has sucked in the minds of children today, there’s still hope, and this kid getting his truck rims muddy is just one example.
Parents all too often let technology do their job and entertain their children. Kids also don’t go outside and play as much as they used to. Not this kid; he takes it to a whole other level.
Thanks to some serious adult supervision and the keys to a monster SUV with some beefy truck rims and tires designed for mud, he’s having a blast and learning things in the process.
The father of the son stood beside as the young boy got behind the wheel and tried to maneuver the SUV out of the muddy waters. While it was certainly difficult for those truck rims and tires to get traction, the kid was able to follow instructions from his father in order to make some progress.
With the monster engine driving all four truck rims, and some serious thought going into the steering, the kid was able to get the monster SUV out of the muddy waters. Granted, this child likely had a lot of seat time and experience doing this before being allowed to work the controls on his own, but still, this is seriously impressive.
Hats off to you, kid. We can’t wait to see you doing this professionally as an adult!
