This is how you send an SUV off!
Before you press ‘play’ on this video, take a look at that Dodge Durango sitting at the start line faced with a long obstacle course. Its body is beat, it’s old and tired, and its off road wheels and tires have some bruises. Simply put, this SUV has seen some better days.
What faced it at the 2014 Clark County Fair seemed like an insurmountable task for the entire SUV from its engine to the body work and off road wheels and tires. But as soon as that checkered flag dropped, this Dodge Durango brought the pain and wowed the crowd with its acrobatics.
Nobody would have guessed that this old, beat-up Durango would be able to jump and hop over these dirt humps with its suspension and off road wheels and tires carving through the muck. Even though a few pieces of the protective undercarriage fall off and one of the off road wheels and tires goes completely flat, it still powers through the course like a champ, even to the point where it almost misses crossing the finish line.
This Dodge Durango and its driver should be proud for the feat that they just accomplished. The odds were stacked against them and nobody in the crowd thought that the SUV would come close to finishing. But, it did.
