Overkill.
If you don’t like go karting or karting in general, then get out. Just leave and don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Its incredible fun and exciting behind the wheel of these miniature pocket rockets indoors or out. But, what happens when you put some truck wheels on one of these indoor go kart tracks? Let’s find out!
The team at K1 Speed decided that it would be a good idea to put one of their off road trucks through its paces on one of these small indoor go kart tracks. So Pro2 and Pro4 Short Course Off Road Racing Champion, Carl Renezeder, strapped himself in and put those truck wheels on the pavement.
Before hitting the track, Renezeder had to get a bit of a warm up in and spun those truck wheels and tires around in the parking lot with some serious burnouts and donuts. Afterwards he drove into the building and decided to take on the very short course.
The narrow lanes and quick turns weren’t the easiest to maneuver, especially with big truck wheels and tons of body roll, but Renezeder was able to slide sideways and drift through the course, putting on quite the show.
Just make sure that you’re not racing on the kart track with a go kart when Renezeder is driving his truck…
