Road Hazard Warranty

 
This Road Hazard Warranty ("Warranty") is a comprehensive protection plan designed to safeguard your investment in wheels and/or tires. By opting for this warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions, ensuring a legally sound and ironclad commitment between you ("Customer") and WheelHero:

Coverage Scope

• The Warranty provides coverage for common road hazard damages, including those caused by potholes, curbs, sidewalks, road debris, uneven road surfaces, speed bumps, and similar hazards encountered during normal on-road driving.
• Exclusions from coverage include damages resulting from off-road use, collision, fire, vandalism, theft, use of snow chains, manufacturer's defects, abuse, and neglect (e.g., improper application, improper inflation, overloading, brake lock-up, wheel spinning, torque snags, etc.).
• WheelHero reserves the right to deny any claim based on damages not explicitly outlined in this agreement.

Validity Period

• The Warranty plan is valid for a period of 8 months from the original purchase date.

Claim Eligibility

• To qualify for a claim, tires must have a minimum remaining tread depth of 1.6 mm (2/32 of an inch).

Discount Structure

• Customers who place an order up to $1,500.00 will receive a 50% discount on up to two wheels in wheel-only orders or up to two tires in tire-only orders.
• WheelHero will replace wheel and tire packages at half value on up to four items: two wheels and two tires.
• Orders exceeding $1,500.00 will receive a 40% discount on up to two wheels in wheel-only orders or up to two tires in tire-only orders.
• Wheel and tire packages exceeding $1,500.00 will receive a 40% discount on up to four items: two wheels and two tires.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement items.

Expiration of Service

• This Road Hazard Warranty service expires once WheelHero approves the claim or after the 8-month period from the original purchase date.

By engaging in this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. WheelHero reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this warranty at its discretion. This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
