Order Cancellations

Being that there is a lot of work involved in processing an order (See Order Processing Workflow below) we ask to please do as much research as possible prior to placing your order to assure your decision is final. Otherwise, the below cancellation fees will apply for all cancellations requested after an order is placed and Before They're Shipped. 

> If cancelled before (1) Hour:
Wheels & Tires $25.00 
Wheels & Tires w/ Sensors $45.00
Just Wheels $25.00 
Tires $25.00 

> After (1) Hour but before product has been shipped:
Wheels & Tires $125.00 
Wheels & Tires w/ Sensors $135.00
Just Wheels $75.00 
Tires $25.00 

> After product has shipped:
Return & Exchange Policy will take effect. 

Note: Special order products may incur additional transit expenses. 

Order Processing Workflow:

- Order is Placed
- Order Processing Manager creates a work order
- Accounting Manager invoices the order
- Shipping Manager creates a shipping label
- Warehouse Manager pulls the order
- Tech programs sensors (if TPMS are part of the package)
- Quality Control Manager inspects the merchandise 
- Tire Tech mounts and balances the product (if it's a package)
- Packing team packs the wheels and tires
- Products staged for shipping
