We don’t know whether to slap this guy or shake his hand.
We get it, things happen with vehicles. Things brake, deteriorate, fall apart, and accidents happen. Getting thigs repaired whether its wear items like rims and tires, or mechanical issues isn’t exactly cheap, especially if you have to pay someone else to do the job. This video out of St. Louis is idiot ingenuity at its finest.
Stuff happens and sometimes we all can’t afford to get things fixed, buy the proper tools, or even pay for a tow truck because money is tight. This guy from St. Louis decided to take things into his own hands and do something that very few of us would actually have the balls or lack of brains to do on the road – drive his Chevy without a front tire down the road on a roller jack instead of putting on new rims and tires.
Yes, you read that right and yes, you will see exactly that in the profanity-laden video you are about to watch. I’ve always wondered what would happen if you used roller jacks to support a car in an emergency situation when you’re in need of proper rims and tires, and now I know that it works.
Don’t get me wrong, this is incredibly stupid and dangerous to do not just to your vehicle but others nearby. One rock, bump, obstacle, or even turn in the road could easily result in a disaster and you’ll be looking for more than just new rims and tires.
We’re not sure what happened to this guy and his Chevy as it went down the road on a roller jack, but we hope that he got to where he was going.
