Watch this Person Roast their Truck Wheels in Traffic

Truck Burnout in Traffic

Thankfully nobody was seriously hurt.

Here at WheelHero, we all love ourselves a good burnout. Smoking those tires and seeing them erupt in a cloud of smoke is every car enthusiast’s way of showing off what they have. This driver absolutely roasting their truck wheels, however, isn’t something that we like to see.

At a busy intersection, the driver of a Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon went into a diabetic coma and had their leg firmly planted on the throttle, causing the engine to send all of its power to the rear truck wheels.

Truck Burnout in Traffic

The Colorado/Canyon rear-ended a Ford C-Max that was sitting, stopped in traffic, causing the rear truck wheels to lose traction. The tires quickly started to generate a considerable amount of smoke, reducing visibility for many drivers and alerting others that something was wrong.

Thankfully, bystanders walked over to help. They tried opening the doors, knocking on the window, and slamming the glass to alert the driver. After that didn’t work, one man was able to smash open the rear window, unlock it, and get to the driver to turn off the ignition, thus stopping the rear truck wheels from spinning.

Thankfully, emergency services quickly came and were able to revive the driver, who survived.
