What makes the Festival of Speed so much fun.
If you’re like pretty much every other automotive enthusiast, then you love super cars, sports cars, exotics, and vintage cars. Seeing them spin their rear rims and tires to make donuts and do power slides is even more exciting. Seeing them on display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed is even better.
Every year, the Goodwood Festival of Speed produces some of the most amazing and awe-inspiring automotive action you’ll ever see. There’ vintage race cars, sports cars, exotics, super cars, and even concepts all showing off, lighting up their rims and tires for burnouts, and even racing at the Hillclimb event.
It’s a glorious display of power that’s just so overwhelming because of the sheer amount of vehicles on display. The show and its cars are utterly incredible, which is why it takes place over an entire weekend. After showing off on the track, many of the super cars go into the pit where they slide sideways and spin their rims and tires for a few burnouts. All to show off and all for us to enjoy.
This video comes from the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the pit where an incredible lineup of super cars, sports cars, exotics, and more turned around. Some of them hit the throttle and churned those rims and tires to make a cloud of smoke. Others revved their engines. A few just drove by letting spectators admire their design.
And this is just part of the event. There’s racing, rallying, showcases, displays, and tons more to experience.
