We love our Jeeps here at WheelHero from the modest to the outrageous. Sometimes, all a Jeep Wrangler really needs is a new set of wheels to make it really stand out and perform on any terrain. This 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited Billet with Fuel Wheels and a beefed up suspension is right on the money.
Right from the factory, the Jeep Wrangler is built to tear up any kind of trail that is thrown at the SUV. The suspension, drivetrain, and virtually everything else is designed to be functional while off roading. A little boost doesn’t hurt either, and these Fuel Wheels are just one example.
The 3.6-liter naturally-aspirated Pentastar V-6 sends 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft. of torque to the Fuel Wheels and offers up more than enough muscle to get itself out of tough terrain. A new AFE Y-pipe, Borla cat-back exhaust, and Banks cold air intake kit ups output by a tad as well while an AEV heat-reduction hood keeps things cool.
For this 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited Billet, some functionality was gained with the addition of a new set of IPF fog lights; Recon smoked LED headlights, turn signals, and fender lights; JW Speaker smoked LED headlights; Rigid Industries four-bulb rear-mounted flood lights; and AMP Research power steps. A Warn Zeon 8s synthetic rope winch can pull it or a friend out from any sticky situation.
Below the beltline, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited was also beefed up with new Fuel Wheels and an Old Man Emu suspension. Both the front and rear axles wear a new set of Fuel Dune wheels that measure 16 inches in diameter and wear 35-inch BF Goodrich KM2 Mud Terrain tires for endless grip on any terrain. To finish it all off, an Old Man Emu 4.0-inch suspension lift was added on for greater ground clearance.
While this Jeep Wrangler wasn’t seriously overhauled, its basic modifications make it quite the all-terrain beast!
