Chevrolet is bringing a few new goodies to show off at the 2018 SEMA Show in Las Vegas at the end of October. Their newest fourth-generation Silverado will be on hand in four different concept forms proudly displaying a range of GM performance parts and equipment from new truck rims to cold air intakes and everything in between.

One of the models on hand will be the Chevrolet Silverado LTZ concept that is designed to showcase all of the different trailering technology that’s available on the new 2019 Silverado 1500 along with performance parts for the 5.3-liter V-8 engine option to put down more power to its truck rims.

“We know every truck customer is unique, which is why the Silverado offers eight trims, each with a different combination of technology, performance and design,” said Hugh Milne, Silverado marketing manager. “With a full catalog of accessories and performance parts, we offer exponentially more ways for customers to build their ideal truck. And, unlike certain aftermarket components, these are designed, engineered and validated to the same engineering standards as the Silverado itself, and backed by Chevrolet.”

The new Chevrolet Silverado LTZ concept sports a new cold air intake system and a cat-back single exhaust upgrade with a tip sporting the Chevrolet bowtie. This enables the naturally=aspirated 5.3-liter V-8 engine to produce more than the factory 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft. of torque that’s being sent to the rear truck rims from the factory.

There’s also a new set of 22-inch chrome multi-spoke aluminum truck rims with six-piston Brembo front brake calipers up front and color-matched calipers at the rear.

A new Trailering Camera Package is also featured which includes a removable accessory camera. A new Embark manual retractable tonneau cover by Advantage is installed along with new Chrome wheel-to-wheel 6.0-inch assist steps, and an illuminated black Bowtie grille emblem.

Unfortunately, the new Chevrolet Silverado LTZ concept is just a concept for the SEMA Show. However, customers will be able to order the parts seen on the show car through GM’s parts and accessories catalog.
