Time to hit the trails.
There’s off-roading and then there’s off-roading. This Toyota Tacoma is ready for just that and then some. It’s been upgraded to the nines from its Fuel Wheels to its cargo area in an effort to make long-term traveling on the trails a reality.
The Toyota Tacoma is a pretty capable mid-size pickup truck in its own right. It’s not going to blow the doors off of cars in a straight line with its 3.5-liter V-6 spitting out 278 horsepower at 6,000 RPM and 265 lb-ft. of torque at 4,600 RPM, but it’s more than enough for fun off the road. Drivers can also choose from a manual or automatic transmission to drive all four Fuel Wheels as well.
This Toyota Tacoma is an absolute beast. The front fascia has been outfitted with a purposeful and functional bumper with integrated winch and LED lighting. An LED light bar sits atop the roof along with a cargo rack and supplies for those long treks. At the rear sits a matching bumper while new side rails between the Fuel Wheels help protect the body.
Beneath the fenders of this bad boy sits a new set of Fuel Rebel – D681 rims. These six twin-spoke Fuel Wheels have a concave face and complex design that works well with this off-roader. Here, the new Fuel Rebel – D681 rims were installed in a 17 x 9.0 setup at the front and rear with a Bronze finish and Black lip with Bronze hardware. This setup also features a new set of Fuel Gripper A/T tires that are more than ready to churn through any kind of dirt, mud, gravel, and more.
This Toyota Tacoma has been built and lifted to take on anything that is thrown at it while off-road and it’s more than ready for a challenge with its Fuel Rebel – D681 wheels.
