Technology has been rapidly advancing across the automotive landscape exponentially over the past few years. Automakers such as Tesla have propelled others to create new technology and innovations to use in mass-market, affordable cars thanks to vehicles like the Model S. This Tesla Model S has all the tech you could ever need plus a bit of style thanks to a new set of Niche Wheels.
The Tesla Model S is packed with innovations that have propelled it to the forefront of electric vehicles around the globe. Since it was first introduces, other automakers have been playing catch up to try and replicate or exceed the factory performance and capability of the car. Even the styling is somewhat modern and futuristic – especially with a new set of Niche Wheels.
Beneath the body and integrated in the chassis of the Tesla Model S is a battery system paired with electric motors that can be had on either the rear or both axles. In the Model S 85D, electric motors drives the front and rear axles, providing the Niche Wheels with up to 518 horsepower and 485 lb-ft. of torque. This results in a 0-60 mph acceleration of 3.75 seconds and a 155 mph top speed.
This Tesla Model S 85D also comes packed with more goodies, namely the new set of Niche Wheels. Here, the owner opted to have a new set of Niche Esses rims installed in a staggered 22 x 9.0 front and 22 x 10.5 rear setup with 255/30 R22 and 295/25 R22 sports tires, respectively. The new Esses rims and their chiseled seven-twin-spoke design feature a Matte Black finish with exposed hardware that gives them a race-oriented look.
The future of electric vehicles is here and Tesla is proving that it doesn’t mean style or performance needs to be sacrificed.
