The new vehicles are also used to showcase new and exciting Mopar and Jeep Performance Parts that customers can order directly from the dealer to enhance their SUVs. New Jeep wheels, suspension bits, interior accessories, and exterior options will be a part of both programs.

“Jeep is proud to be taking seven new eye-catching and extremely capable vehicles to the Easter Jeep Safari, where we expect to delight our most loyal enthusiasts,” said Mike Manley, President and CEO – Jeep Brand. “We go to this legendary event each year to showcase our latest Jeep production vehicles, as well as a variety of new ideas in our concept vehicles. In doing so, we receive a tremendous amount of valuable feedback, while interacting with our customers in the Jeep brand’s natural environment. We’re especially looking forward to this year’s Jeep Safari, as Renegade makes its official public debut on Moab’s demanding trails.”

The new Renegade Desert Hawk concept vehicle showcases parts from both Jeep Performance Parts and Mopar. A full Desert Tan exterior paint is worn by almost the entire body except the roof, mirrors, b-pillars, front grille, and lower body components. The new Jeep wheels also wear a black color to match the aforementioned parts and contrast the Desert Tan exterior. Further distinguishing the unique concept model is a topographical hood decal displaying the Fins and Things Moab trail. New off-road rock rails, skid plate, and Mopart trailer hitch and roof rack complete the exterior transformation.

Powering the new Jeep wheels is a 2.4-liter Tigershark engine with MultiAir2 for improved performance paired up with a nine-speed automatic transmission and Jeep Active Drive Low.

Inside, the Jeep Renegade Desert Hawk concept is special black leather Mopar Katskin seat covers with contrasting tan stitching along with tan trim pieces on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. New Mopar all-weather floor mats ensure that things don’t get too messy inside.
