Get ready for the North American International Auto Show!
Chrysler and MOPAR are ready to showcase some new and exciting options for customers at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit starting January 12th to 25th at the Cobo Center. Their new Urban MOPAR-equipped Jeep Renegade offers up 4 x 4 capabilities for those that are looking for a more city-oriented style and ride with new design options, wheels and tires, and accessories from the Jeep Authentic Accessories catalogue.
“The company exhibit at the North American International Auto Show will highlight vehicles from all FCA brands, including three modified rides that illustrate how MOPAR can assist customers in bringing to life their own personal vision of an FCA vehicle,” said Pietro Gorlier, President and CEO of MOPAR. “Customers can pull from our portfolio of MOPAR products to augment the versatility and capability of the all-new Jeep Renegade, as shown with two MOPAR-equipped Renegade vehicles, or to beef up the muscle of the Dodge Challenger while adding a vintage feel, as demonstrated by the Dodge Challenge T/A Concept.”
The new Urban MOPAR Jeep Renegade is based on the Limited model in the lineup – the top-of-the-range variant with all the bells, whistles, and features such as 18-inch wheels and tires. However, in this form, it got quite the makeover. The entire exterior is covered in a special Anvil paint with Omaha orange parts such as the mirror caps, grille rings, taillight surrounds, and roof rails. Even the new set of five spoke stain-finished wheels and tires feature vibrant Omaha orange pockets that are nothing short of eye-catching. The final touch is a MOPAR hitch bike carrier that allows those city dwellers to venture out into the wilderness for some fun and excitement.
The interior of the new Urban MOPAR Jeep Renegade is designed to match the stylish but capable off road design of the exterior seen in parts like the roof rack and wheels and tires. Katzkin leather adorns all of the seats while Omaha orange HVAC bezels, speaker mesh, and center console add some contrast. Parts from the Jeep Authentic Accessories catalogue include a new premium carpet mat, cargo mat, and door sills with the Jeep logo.
The new Urban MOPAR Jeep Renegade will be on display at the 2015 NAIAS in Detroit from January 12th to 25th and be open to the public.
