The Volkswagen GTI is a cult classic and it’s easy to see why. It gives owners an affordable (before aftermarket parts) daily driver that’s packed with fun, power, and practicality. The hot hatch seems to keep getting better and better as time goes on to boot. This MKV GTI is living the low life and comes packed with a new set of Niche Wheels that sit perfectly tucked beneath the fenders.
Sitting as low as possible is a popular thing for the Volkswagen crowd, with many making it their goal to barely be above the pavement. This slammed GTI with its new body work, Niche Wheels, and air suspension is the perfect example.
The body of the more rounded generation of GTI features a spoiler lip, side skirts, and rear fascia insert that visually lowers the body of the hot hatch. The inside of each fender was also modified to allow for the Niche Wheels to tuck ever so neatly inside when the GTI is sitting low and at rest.
The most eye-catching part of this GTI is its slammed suspension coupled with the new Niche Wheels. The adjustable air setup allows for the ride height to be altered to avoid obstacles while driving but also for it to sit as low as possible when parked.
To contrast the white Volkswagen GTI, the new Niche Misano – M118 wheels were given a vibrant, custom Peek a Blue finish that matches each of the side decals along the body. The new Misano – M118s measure a large 19 x 8.5 at the front and rear and are shod in lower-profile 215/35/19 tires.
This slammed GTI with its new Niche Misano – M118 wheels and new body work is will make Dubbers drool.
