The BMW M3 has been the benchmark for sports cars and driver oriented cars for decades. Since the firs E30 rolled off the line years ago to the F80/F82 M3/M4 hit the streets today, it has been looked at as the best of the best. The E92 BMW M3 was no different with its V-8 engine and superb dynamics. This model by Trinity Autosport with Niche Wheels is even better thanks to a few good upgrades.
The 4.0-liter V-8 engine that produces 414 bhp and 295 lb-ft. of torque in stock form is more than capable of powering the two rear Niche Wheels, but the team had more in store. Thanks to some magic from VF Engineering, the V-8 engine produces considerably more power than in stock form, making for a white-knuckled ride.
Downforce and aerodynamics were also important with the BMW M3. The team installed a large adjustable rear spoiler wing to allow drivers to create the right amount of downforce for a given situation. Up front a large spoiler extends outwards and creates downward force on the front Niche Wheels for better overall stability and handling.
A big focus was on improving the overall driving dynamics through the use of new Niche Wheels and Swift springs. New Niche M151 Verona seven-spoke rims were installed in a staggered 20 x 9.0 front and 20 x 10.5 rear setup and given 245/30 R20 and 295/25 R20 tires, respectively for added grip. The entire BMW M3 also sits lower and is stiffer thanks to a new set of Swift springs to sharpen up handling even further.
This BMW M3 will continue to show why it has been the benchmark for years.
