Hot hathin’ it up!
The Volkswagen Golf GTI started the ‘Hot Hatch’ craze when it was first introduced in the 1980s. Since then, it’s enjoyed a cult-like following of enthusiasts and is one of the go-to cars for those looking for the best bang-for-their-buck in terms of performance. This facelifted Mk7 GTI has all that and a bag of chips in the form of a fresh set of Niche Wheels.
This German hatch may look like the perfect car for a European family (and it is), but it packs quite a fun little turbocharged punch. The factory 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine churns out a healthy 220 horsepower and 258 lb-ft. of torque for the front Niche Wheels right off the factory floor. This can be increased relatively easily with some simple upgrades thanks to the large aftermarket selection of parts.
This Volkswagen GTI comes packing a little bit extra than your average factory model. There’s an extra front spoiler lip beneath the bumper for a more athletic touch. There’s also some added window tint to match the Black highlights and contrast the white paint even more. A new lowering kit has also been installed that brings the new Niche Wheels in snug beneath the fenders.

Here, the owner opted for Niche Vosso – M204 rims with their five twin-spoke design that complements the factory design language. For this fitment, the front and rear Niche Vosso – M204s were installed in a 19 x 8.5 size and feature a dark Anthracite finish.
