While Ford and GM battle it out for sales numbers with their pickup trucks, Dodge and the RAM brand have quietly slid beneath the radar with their tough and powerful line of trucks that are built for work and have all sorts of features. This RAM 2500 has all that and more thanks to some custom work and a new set of Fuel Wheels.
There’s a lot to like about the RAM 2500 and it starts with the engine. While many drivers/owners will opt for the oil-burning Cummins inline-six diesel, this bad boy is outfitted with the mighty 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 with a gasoline-eating 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft. of torque going to the rear Fuel Wheels.
This mean machine is ready for anything thrown its way, but it loves to show off the goods. The owner opted to have a new lift kit installed that raises the entire ride height by a few inches for a more dramatic and commanding presence on- or off the road. This gives the new Fuel Wheels more than enough space for vertical travel. There’s also a new front bumper with integrated LED fog lights, a color-matched rear bumper, and dark-tinted windows.
What makes this RAM 2500 even more visually stunning it’s the new set of Fuel Wheels that it wears. Here, new Fuel FF29 rims were installed and are finished in a Cherry Red color that matches various suspension parts that are visible thanks to the new lift kit. Each one of the Fuel FF29 rims measures a hefty 24 x 14 and are shod in all-terrain tires for grip in any situation.
This RAM 2500 might be suited for work, but it’s more than happy to show off and have a bit of fun instead.
