Sitting beneath the massive hood of the F250 SuperDuty sits a mighty 6.7-liter PowerStorke turbodiesel V-8 and sends a whole lot of muscle to the Fuel Wheels. In stock form, this oil-burning monster makes 400 horsepower at just 2,800 RPM and an earth-moving 800 lb-ft. of torque at just 1,600 RPM. That’s enough to move a mountain – and then some!
This big beast is impressive in stock form but even after a few modifications from new Fuel Wheels to the suspension, it becomes a commanding tradesman that is ready for anything. Plus is looks darn good while doing it.
The factory rim and tire setup on this Ford F250 SuperDuty PowerStroke was swapped out for a new set of Fuel Moab – D242 rims. The new Fuel Wheels feature a unique seven-spoke design that twists to create the impression of movement and speed while standing still. At the front and rear, the Fuel Moab – D242 rims measure 22 x 12 and are shod in 38×15.5 R22 Fuel Gripper M/T tires for all terrain grip. To top it all off, each wheel wears a slick Gloss Black and Milled finish. The fitment is then completed by a new suspension lift that provides the massive wheels with more than enough room to move up and down over rough terrain.
While it’s not built for show-stopping style, this Ford F250 SuperDuty PowerStroke is happy to strut its stuff on any job site.
