This Silver arrow is quite the looker in its own right, and that’s all backed up by some serious power. Under the hood of this Mercedes-AMG SL63 is a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8 engine that’s built by hand by one engineer. In total, the motor generates a stout 577 horsepower at 5,500 RPM and 664 lb-ft. of torque from 2,250 to 3,750 RPM. That is sent through an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT seven-speed transmission to the rear Niche Wheels.
There’s also some new, sharper body work that’s designed for optimizing aerodynamics along with an AMG sport suspension to make sure the Niche Wheels have the best traction in the corners. Even the interior is decorated with signature AMG upgrades from special nappa leather to carbon fiber trim pieces.
What sets this Mercedes-AMG SL63 apart from the pack is its new Niche Wheels. Here, the factory AMG rims and tires were replaced with Niche Vosso rims. The five twin-spoke Niche Vosso rims feature a Glossy finish to match the chrome trim pieces found throughout the body. Each one of the wheels measures a commanding 20 inches in diameter, which perfectly fills in each fender.
