Gearing up for outdoorsman.
Trucks are a part of every outdoorsman’s life. They can go anywhere, haul equipment, and tow. Their usefulness and capabilities make them vital tools of the trade. Chevrolet is taking that to the next level with the new 2016 Silverado Realtree Edition. Packed with all kinds of goodies and camouflage graphics, the special edition will make drivers put those Chevy Silverado wheels through all sorts of terrain.

The men and women at Chevy truly delivered on this project. This truck has the perfect combination of features, comfort and safety – whether you’re driving around town, on the highway or off road.”
The new Realtree Edition package will be available to Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 Crew Cab models with either the 5.3-liter V-8 or 6.2-liter V-8 driving the Chevy Silverado wheels. A host of aesthetics will instantly set it apart from other standard models such as a blackout trim, black bow tie logos at the front and rear, camouflage graphics and more.
In terms of hardware, the Realtree Edition will include the Z71 off-road package which is made up of Rancho monotube shocks, Hill Decent Control, an underbody shield for protection, and a G80 locking rear diff. Also coming standard on the Realtree Edition are black 20-inch Chevy Silverado wheels shod in all-terrain tires for grip in the mud.
Other than the Realtree camo and graphics, Z71 package, and Chevy Silverado wheels on the outside, there’s still some goodies hiding behind the doors. Special Realtree logos and graphics give the interior a more outdoorsman look and feel while creating a more customized style.
The new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado Realtree Edition will go on sale in the Spring of 2016. Pricing has not been released.
