When it first came on the scene, the Audi A5/S5/RS 5 was one of the best-looking German luxury coupes on the market. Its distinct LED daytime running lights paired up with its simple-yet effective curvaceous body made people weak in the knees. The newest-generation is no different and is still a favorite for car enthusiasts. This vinyl-wrapped example has even more electric looks and a set of new Niche Wheels that instantly grab attention.
The 2014 Audi S5 is packed with all the goodies right from the get-go. The supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 sends a total of 329 horsepower from 5,500 to 7,000 RPM and 325 lb-ft. of torque from 2,900 to 5,300 RPM to each of the four newly-installed Niche Wheels for some pretty dramatic performance. Its rounded figure and modern styling make for a confident sports car.
And things only got better from there.
The 2014 Audi S5 was wrapped in a vibrant Arlon ‘Electric Lime’ vinyl wrap that dramatically alters the character of the sports car without damaging the factory paint finish. Those high-profile looks needed a boost though, so a new set of Niche Wheels were installed to add a bit of contrast.
The 12-spoke Niche Vicenza – M153 wheels were chosen for this application and provide a powerful look thanks to their concave monoblock construction. The Niche Wheels each wear a striking Black Chrome PVD finish that is resistant to corrosion and has a slick shimmer that is similar to that of the new vinyl wrap. Both the front and rear Vicenza – M153 wheels were installed in a 20 x 10.5 fitment and equipped with 255/35/20 Michelin Pilot tires for better traction. The final touch to complete the fitment is a new set of H&R Sport springs that drop things down a notch for a seamless, low stance.
This 2014 Audi S5 is nothing but electrifying.
