German sports sedan fun with BBS Wheels.
In the world of German sports cars, the BMW M3, Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, and Audi RS 4 have been slugging it out for dominance for quite some time. The three Germans each have their own way of propelling themselves to triple-digit speeds and each of them has their own unique character. The Audi RS 4 is one car that has a cult-like following and comes packed with a high-revving V-8 engine and Quattro all-wheel drive that makes it fantastic to drive in dry, wet, or snowy conditions. It also had a special style when compared to its two counterparts, and looks absolutely fantastic with a set of BBS CHR wheels.
Like many other German sports cars, the B7-generation Audi RS 4 was the perfect candidate for BBS Wheels. The BBS CHR wheels fit the overall design of the Audi RS 4 sedan and have a unique concave shape that emphasizes power. Each wheel has been weight optimized to reduce rotating mass for better overall performance without sacrificing style or durability.
On this 2007 Audi RS 4 sedan, a set of BBS CHR wheels were installed in a 20 x 10.5 ET25 setup without spacers on both the front and rear axles with a deep concave design to showcase the power of the 414 bhp 4.2-liter V-8 engine. The matte black finished BBS wheels were also equipped with some grippy 255/30/20 GoodYear Eagle F1 tires that work with the Quattro all-wheel drive system to achieve tons of traction. To finish up the powerful stance, a new set of Bilstein PSS9 coilovers were fitted to reduce ride height and sharpen up handling.
In terms of engine performance, the 4.2-liter V-8 engine was modified with a new Milltek Track exhaust system with downpipes and valve system to give the V8 engine a menacing voice. A new Avus RS 4 JHM tune helped ensure that all the extra power stored in the 4.2-liter was freed up and put to proper use on the road. The final touch was a new Black Optic grille that adds a more aggressive touch and complements the black BBS CHR wheels on the Audi RS 4.
With a new set of BBS Wheels, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and BMW M3 better watch out.
