In today’s industrial marketplace, it’s important for business owners to be able to upgrade and customize their vehicles in order to properly market their business. It’s also important to be able to customize their vehicles with special tools, truck wheels, and other equipment.
Ram Commercial is here to take care of both with the new Ram Augmented Reality Upfit Configurator and Ram Commercial “Q Pro” upfitter certification program. These help owners get a better understanding and preview of their vehicles with new upgrades, equipment, truck wheels, and even graphics.

The new Ram Augmented Reality Upfit Configurator is a computer program that was introduced last year to the market with the Ram ProMaster full-size van. The program creates three-dimensional images that virtually showcase solutions and options to customers both inside and out. The program has also been expanded to the Ram ProMaster City and the whole Ram Chassis Cab lineup, showing everything from the truck wheels to the interiors.
Also making its debut is the Ram Commercial Q Pro. This is a new process that allows upfitters to certify their products with Ram Engineering for a high-quality, factory fitment. Q Pro uses Ram Engineering resources to certify upfitter products through surveying, then makes recommendations on changes that need to be made. The Ram Q Pro co-brand will also help with marketing the products to customers, giving them peace of mind that the product is up to OEM standards.
New products such as equipment, tools, truck wheels, and lots more can all be certified using the Ram Q Pro process, incorporating quality, reliability, durability, regulation compliance, standardized process controls, warranty, and continuous improvement standards.
The new Ram Commercial programs are currently in place and available for customers and business owners to of which to take advantage.
